The collection is built in three deliberate tiers, each for a different place on a list.

Seven varietals · 12–12.5%
Pinot Grigio from Puglia IGT, Blush from Pavia IGT, Syrah from Terre Siciliane IGT, alongside Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Sparkling
Five expressions · 11–11.5%
Led by Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, with Brut Vino Spumante, Gran Rosé, Gran Cuvée Millesimato and Chardonnay Spumante Brut.
Blends
Three styles · 10%
Red, white and rosé, made to be poured often.

How it is made
Made to the same standard, every time
Fabio Gartino is produced and bottled in northern Italy by a family-run winery established in 1967 — one of Italy's long-standing wine producers.
The fruit comes from Italy's classic growing regions: Puglia, Sicily, Lombardy and the Veneto, selected for recognisable character and clarity of style.
Production is certified to IFS and BRC Global Standards for Food Safety, with full traceability at every stage.
The design
One system, fifteen wines
A wine is chosen on a shelf, in a fridge, or across a table — usually in a second or two.
So the Collezione shares one structure: the same crest, the same layout, the same proportions. Only the colour changes with the varietal. From a distance the range reads as a single block. Up close, the colour tells you which wine you are holding before you read a word.
The same thinking runs through the whole collection: clear at three metres, obvious at arm's length.
